How long will my items take to arrive?
Our goal is to ship out all customer orders within 24 hours. In fact, most customer orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped out on the same day. Most of our Irish customers receive their orders in 2 or 3 business days depending on the destination, product availability, and the shipping method. Delivery time may vary depending on location of the recipient. Express service is available to Irish customers
Will anyone be able to tell what the package contains?
No. All condom orders from Condoms Shop are dispatched in either plain padded envelopes or unmarked boxes depending on the size of the order. There is nothing on the outside of the package to indicate the contents.
What is your returns policy?
All products returned to our warehouse for refund must be in original condition without damage and be accompanied with a Return Authorization issued by us within 7 days of receiving your order. Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may return any item for refund under any of the following circumstances:
· Item was received damaged or defective
· Incorrect item was shipped
Since condom is used as a protection product, in order to ensure that all condoms we sell are in good condition, NO returns or exchanges of any kind, except the above mentioned reasons, are accepted for our customer protection. Please understand that we only sell condoms which are obtained directly from manufacturers or distributors. Other (non-condom) items, except bulk version, may be returned for refund if items are in good condition with original packaging. We do not accept returns of opened items or items returned after 30 days of receiving. If return is not the result of our error, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship free (for minimum ordor of 5O euros) to all destinations in the Republic of Ireland. For all other destinations we are happy to provide a quote on an individual basis. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
What are the Expiry dates on your condoms?
Condom expiry dates vary by product, batch and time. Condoms supplied by Condoms Shop will have a minimum 2 to 5 years until expiry.
How are your products so cheap?
Condoms Shop buy our condom products in big quantities or bulk. This allows us to sell our condoms in a range of quantities. This range of quantities also means our condoms are not always supplied in a small box like you would find in a pharmacy or supermarket. Both of these factors and because we do not attract the costs a traditional bricks and mortar retailer does, means we save money and pass the savings on to you. In fact the lack of a cardboard box is the only difference between we supply and the Durex condoms you would buy in a pharmacy or a supermarket. Except the price of course!
Are your products genuine? CE or Kite marked?
Yes, yes and yes! Our products are less expensive than the high street for the reasons above. They are 100% Genuine condoms. As such they are CE and Kite marked in accordance with European legislation.

Do I have to have a Paypal account to order from you?
No. Our relationship with Paypal allows us to supply you with an internationally recognized payments processor, without the need to hold a Paypal account. All we require is a valid credit or debit card. Of course if you do have a Paypal account, you can use it to pay for your condoms as normal.
What if I have a complaint?
We are committed to providing the best possible customer service. Every effort is made to ensure that your shopping experience with us is efficient and professional. However, there may be times when things go wrong. If you have received damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, waited too long, or are dissatisfied with any other aspect of the service you have received from us or any aspect of our website, then please Condoms Shop.
Condoms Shop endeavour to reply within 2 working days and will try our very best to resolve the problem wherever possible. Your complaint will be dealt with sympathetically and confidentially.
